Good Day Dr Franklin Dold Geb,
I am pleased to receive your email, attaching the Declaration of Trust. The
contents of which had been noted and understood.

I wish to inform you from the outset,  that doing business in Papua New
Guinea, is not as simple as it sounds or you think and the challenges are
great, especially sending money out of the country to someone you have
never known or met.  I'm still unable to send some cash assistance to Ms
Sandy Ryan since we met online.
If I am unable to send smaller amounts,  then how will I handle this larger
amounts?
I don't even have business credentials  and also Ms Sandy Ryan and myself
are not legally recognised as husband and wife thus making this even more
difficult for me.
Further more, Citizens can not send money out of the country except to
relatives who are living abroad,
Or to friends they have met and  known and with good reasons.
Under such circumstances which are beyond my control, the settlement of
this tax within the  given time frame is not even practical for me. It will
take me time to settle this amount.
I'm therefore writing to seek your advice as to how best I can settle this
amount. You advise and assistance is sincerely appreciated. Thanking you
for your understanding in this regard.
